| EMERGENCY CALL OUT |

| Our emergency response repair service operates on a 24-hours-a-day 365 days a year basis. Last year alone, we dealt with over 4,500 service requests on behalf of a wide range of both Commercial and Industrial clients. |

| Engineers covering several specialist disciplines including Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Fire Alarms and Electrical are on permanent standby, ready and able to respond to any emergency. |
 |
| All of our field service personnel have fully equipped service vehicles, carrying a selection of spare parts and materials, along with specialist plant and equipment that is required for specific trade sectors. |
 |
| Our inbound emergency calls are monitored, vetted and prioritised by our office-based technical team, to ensure that the correct engineer is assigned to the breakdown. In some cases, simple problems or snags can be talked through over the telephone with the relevant on-site contact, resulting in a call out being avoided. In this situation no charges are made for our services. |

| Urgent repairs are attended to within 24 hours of receiving the call, and all emergency calls are given immediate attention. |
 |
| Call-outs are charged either on a travelling time basis, or a set call-out fee with time spent on-site, any materials that are used during the call-out will be itemised separately. |
 |
| We also send a detailed engineer’s report with all our invoices and a copy of this report is also entered into the site log book. |
